Role Description
We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Commercial Contract Administrator to support the management of contracts, projects, and services across our growing business.
This role is critical in ensuring contractual compliance, supporting project delivery, onboarding new business, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will gain exposure across leasing transactions, property operations, project delivery, and sales activity while contributing to the continued growth of a leading industrial real estate agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts and amendments across property, projects, and service agreements
- Manage the onboarding of new business and contracts, ensuring smooth implementation, accurate documentation, and alignment across teams and stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries and resolve issues relating to contracts, service delivery, and project activities in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and administer all contract, project, and property documentation, ensuring records are accurate, current, and compliant
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in line with timelines.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on commercial and contractual matters and assist in implementing key business decisions
- Monitor contractor performance and oversee works, reporting on variations to work orders, scope, and service delivery
- Prepare and coordinate reports, submissions, and documentation to support business operations and project outcomes
- Analyse data across projects and assets to evaluate performance and identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with the coordination and setup of new office locations or operational premises as part of business growth
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, agreements, and supporting documentation within internal systems
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, legislative requirements, and company policies

Qualification Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in management/business or equivalent. (Required)
Expected Salary:
- Expected salary: $76,515 per year
