About me
With more than 20 years of experience in property, compliance, and education, Kristie Lorenz drives M5 Industrial’s systems, compliance, and operational excellence.
Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge in real estate, business management, marketing, and professional training, gained through senior management roles and more than a decade teaching real estate licensing and continuing professional development at Sydney TAFE and the Real Estate Institute of NSW (REINSW).
Armed with a Bachelor of Communications (Public Relations), Diploma in Real Estate, Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and a Class 1 Real Estate Licence, she combines deep industry insight with strategic leadership, reinforcing her reputation as a trusted authority in compliance and training.
Her career began at just 18, when she discovered a passion for real estate and property legislation, setting the foundation for a journey defined by continuous growth, learning, and expertise.
At M5 Industrial, she ensures every system, process, and procedure meets legislative, statutory, and ACL compliance requirements, building trust, integrity, and accountability into the company’s foundation.
