STEP 6 – At this point in time we will place your property on RealCommercial, CommercialRealEstate and other property webportals for the maximum exposure and also install a sign board on the property.

STEP 7 – All offers will be referred to you as the landlord for your approval with trade references.

STEP 8 –   PROPERTY LEASED !!!
