"Ray White Industrial" originated when Michael Abbott (Director) identified a gap in the market within the Industrial Property niche and has decided to tackle that gap head on.

Recognising the need for specialist services within the Industrial property market has brought Michael to the position he is in today. That is, the Director of a newly branded “Ray White Industrial - M5” business unit.

Not only has Michael recognised the need in this previously under serviced market, he has also recognised that the future of real estate agency does not lay in the “traditional” organisation structure and management philosophy, but rather, in a contemporary structure and philosophy, more in line with today’s values and the needs of the salesperson themselves.

Michael believes that to truly be successful in ones life, one must surround themselves with motivated and successful people, and that is exactly the journey that Michael is embarking upon today.

Ray White Industrial originated in 2005 and since its inception has expanded every year.
